Going to School Todayyyy???

All last night he was helping me pack his stuff for school.  We have to take his supplies in late this week.  Then we have a pool party Saturday evening to go to where he will meet all his new classmates and teachers for the first time.  Then on Monday night I have a orientation for new parents then on next Wednesday morning he has an orientation for new students then his actual first day is next Thursday.   
He kept picking stuff up and asking if it was going to school,  I'd say no and he'd move to the next...then he said is Dad going to school and is Mom going to school?  So we had to explain that I was just dropping him off at school not staying, he didn't say much to that.  I think it will go fine especially with all the orientations we have/ get to go to:)

Here's a picture from this weekend of him on the tube behind the boat with other mommy and Best Buddy BG and a few other guests (he's in the middle).  He wanted to go on it and didn't have any issues going without one of us.  Last time we tried this early in the season (maybe 6 months ago) he wanted no part even if I was on the tube.

On a different note it rained again this weekend, one town close to us got 8 inches!! We received just under an inch.  And even better it was cool and enjoyable for an entire day.  Since then it's been over 100 each day but it was nice to have at least one day off.
