Well, we've been looking at houses on and off for a few months and finally found "the one". The sellers accepted our offer after a little back and forth. Our current house will be on the market very soon. The new-to-us house is a little bigger, with one extra bedroom (not that we need it for anything except visitors) and a larger living room. It's on a much bigger lot with trees and (a big plus) on a dead end street. The house is much closer to Greyson's Mom's work and his current school. Greyson's Dad is happy because it also comes with a very large separate garage / work space for him. We can't wait to move in and meet the neighbors. We'll miss the convenience of our current house to normal thing like groceries and gas stations but look forward to the extra space and quieter neighborhood.
