When GDY hears a noise he doesn't recognize he says, "What's that noises name"?


From this morning

GDY: "I want oatmeal now!" - in an awful bratty voice.

Greyson's Mom: "You're going to go sit in time out if you don't say it nicely" - said very loudly

Then in the most super sweet voice ever

GDY: "Can I please not go to time out".

I think he missed the point.

Here are some fun movies of Greyson the first one bowling in the hallway (an old Crowe favorite, only our tape came off the floor easier.  My mom is currently refinishing the wood floors in their house in part because of the duct tape I use to mark where to bowl from 30 years ago.) sorry about that mom!

We try to do stuff not involving tv with him especially now that it's so nice outside.  This whole week our high temps were 80's or low 90's and we dropped to the 60's at night. Last night we rode our bike around the block for the first time in 3 months.  His tricycle had to be completely readjusted for his longer legs.  It seemed to still be too small for him, might need to donate it and find a big boy bike instead.  

We spent time last weekend with David's family, they came up from Austin for the weekend and came to our house for a cook out and swim party on the last hot day we had.  It was great fun to see the cousins play together.  Greyson copied older cousin Gage every chance he got.  Good thing we don't live closer Gage or you might get sick of it.  Gage was a great sport about it though.  It was fun to catch up we don't see them much.  They are in the middle of finishing a big renovation on their recently purchased home I can't wait to see it.  We have a Christmas in Austin planned already!!  It's so great they moved back to the state.  Then after our cookout we left for Bonham.  The weather was perfect for it.  Cool nights and windy during the day.   Greyson had a ball riding his Bonham tricycle on the cool concrete floor of the new barn.  I'll take some pictures of the barn and the fence David is building this weekend and post them when we get back.  Fence?  Why do we need a fence? If you must know we have 3 donkeys (don't actually have them yet but they have been given to us) and plan to get some cows (yes I said cows) in the near future.  - How's that for an answer.  Plenty of details to follow in the coming weeks.
